Bright, fresh & zesty, this sour ale was fermented with a Brett strain which punches out a lot of fruit flavours, though fruit has never touched this beer. Combined with a mix of Lactobacillus & conditioned for 6 months in stainless tanks to enhance the bright flavours.
This beer was crafted with Australian compass, wheat malt & rolled wheat.
