This wine is an equal partnership between Jasper Hill Vineyard, Australia and M. Chapoutier, France. Agly Brothers come from our small vineyards around the little village of Latour de France, in the hilly catchment of the Agly River. Grape variety: Syrah, Grenache
It's hand harvested, totally destemmed and sorted out. Fermentation in small concrete tanks. Extraction by pumping over. Maceration between 4 and 5 weeks.
Maturing: Aged 16 to 20 months in concrete tanks.
Colour: intense garnet red with purple lights
Nose: Very aromatic, black fruits aromas and spices.
Palate: Silky with leather and roasting notes.
