The grapes for this wine were grown on a single vineyard near Kuito, in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia at an elevation of approximately 500m above sea level. This elevation delivers a consistently cool climate - essential for the best quality white wines.
After a wet winter, the unusually cool and dry 2021 vintage provided for an exceptionally long and even ripening period.
Pale lemon-green in colour, with pronounced gooseberry and kiwifruit aromas, this wine has powerful lychee, honeydew melon and passionfruit favours which fill up the palate. A fresh crisp acidity provides a zesty finish.
