One of my favourite whites from First Ridge and a seriously impressive expression of Fiano. White peach, honeydew melon, nectarine and pear lead into a textured, gently creamy palate with lemon zest, almond and a subtle savoury edge. There’s plenty of richness, but bright acidity and minerality keep it fresh, lively and beautifully balanced.
