The Red Mill Rum Sami-Odi Cask is an ultra-limited 2025 release from Red Mill Rum, aged in a former Sami-Odi Barossa Valley Shiraz cask. This single-cask bottling features notes of nutmeg, brioche, cinnamon, and dried fruit. With only 128 bottles produced. You will not be disappointed.
