A really interesting take on Barossa Semillon, made from rare old Madeira-clone vines planted in 1983. There’s plenty of freshness here, with lemon curd, white nectarine and citrus balanced by subtle beeswax, florals and a gentle nutty richness from the oak. Zesty, textured and beautifully composed, with enough weight to make it seriously food friendly. A distinctive Semillon with real character and a great story behind it.
