Winemakers Notes: Our Rosé is made using Cabernet Grapes from the Central Ranges region. We start the process with a cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to ensure the fruit characters and freshness is retained. Once fermentation is finished we fine, filter then bottle within 3-4months of picking.
Tasting Notes: On the nose you will find sweet raspberries with a subtle floral lift. The palate is filled with strawberries and cream with soft dry finish.
Food Pairing: Crostini with a tangy goast cheese and 'Cuttaway Creeks' Rubarb and Ginger jam
