Our first Red IPA of the season is built upon a heavy malt base from New Zealand, along with four other specialty grains that impart both a comforting, malt-forward backbone and a beautiful amber hue. The bitterness is slightly restrained here, allowing the double dry hop of Simcoe, CRYO POP, and hand-selected Riwaka hops to pop and shine. Expect a malty number that’s chock-full of hop character and the crimson colour of autumnal nostalgia.Â
