From Memory is a brand new Oat Cream IPA that we’ve whipped up with a fresh hop combo of Sabro LUPOMAX, Motueka, Citra and HBC1019. We love trying new hop varieties in our favourite styles and we’re digging what HBC1019 is bring to the table in this one. This one pours a soft orange colour with a nice deep haze and a bright white foam. Take a whiff and unlock aromas of orange blossom, nectarine, mango and fairy floss with just a light hint of dankness. On the palate we get big juicy mango and papaya, balanced out with sweet orange, thick feijoa and lemon sherbet. The body is rich and creamy, which elevates the juicy and tropical flavours and helps them glide and dance over the palate.
