Well, we'll tell you what happened and it's a downright explosion of hops. This triple dry-hopped Triple IPA features all of the hops we originally used in Hop Burrito, dropped into the base recipe and hopping technique from After Hours (our highest rated beer of the year). So what that means is we have a mammoth hop lineup of Citra Incognito, Nelson Sauvin HopKief, Motueka Hopkief, Cashmere, Motueka and Simcoe Cryo. The malt base is super light, giving us all that insane milky haze that you know we love.
