A flavour experiment of three Hazy IPAs. Brewed to showcase how much the dry hop ratio alone can influence the overall profile of the beer. This IPA is dry-hopped at 20 grams per litre with a selection of our favourite hops.
Deep straw coloured milky haze. More papaya nectar and deep pulpy passionfruit mixed in with the pineapple and lychee of the 15g/L. Flavour and body really picks up a notch on this one which helps balance out the intensity of hops. Super silky yet crushable, big pulpy passionfruit and sticky mango with hints of pineapple and some nice berry undertones.Â
