Mosaic is the ultimate shape-shifter, and here it’s found its perfect partner in our house yeast. This DDH IPA is a vibrant tropical medley of ripe papaya, guava, and a hit of red berry. While the fruit profile is intense, the real star is the texture; we’ve worked our fermentation process to produce a luxurious, creamy mouthfeel that lingers on the palate.
