This is not your typical Hop Buddies. It's a clear West Coast IPA made by Jason Bathgate and Andrew Childs. They both love West Coast IPA and wanted to make it with their favourite hops (Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin)
9 years ago today (10th September) they had a horrible brewing accident involving burns to over 40% of their bodies. Thankfully they have recovered and doing what they love. Making great beers!
10% of the profits of this beer are going to Auckland Rescue Helicopter to help them keep doing what they do. Like saving Jason and Andrew's respective butts 9 years ago. A big Chur to them!Â
