Pale Bock is a local Chico, CA favorite that was first brewed in the early 1990's. The "Release Party" was introduced for the first release, and they were epic… This year's version is a throwback to the original label before it was brewed under the Old Chico brand. Malt Liquor was a requirement for "strong ABV" beers in some states back in the day. While this laws have since changed, we wanted the label to reflect the true heritage.
