The Petit Chablis was matured in stainless steel vats for a period of 8-10 months to preserve freshness.
Bright pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Pear and lime top notes meld into wet stone, light fresh herb and mineral scents. Delectable pear and lime fruits infused with fresh herbs overlay a stony back drop. Some chalky mineral characters lingering on the dry fresh finish. Well rounded, lengthy conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
