‘Rubus’ being the scientific name for all your Bramble fruits is a nod to the massive amount of raspberries and blackberries that go into this Wild Ale and give it its distinctive bright red colour and rich Bramble flavours.
A golden ale with a mix of bacteria and wild yeasts aged in Chardonnay Barrels for 30 months, finished with an additional four months of 300g/l of raspberries and blackberries.
