There was no better way to close out the year than a big, bold West Coast collab. For this release, we leaned heavily into traditional, heavy-hitting US hops to provide a sturdy backbone before layering in Nelson to brighten the whole profile.
The result is a beer that is dank with a 'chewy' assertive bitterness, there is no question you're drinking a Westy here. On the nose and palate, you'll find heaps of grapefruit and blood orange, all finishing with that signature piney and herbal character we all love
