Rituals is the fifth release of our Barrel-aged Stout program and this year we've taken inspiration from our flagship Pastry Stout, Morning Ritual. Rituals III blends Rum & Bourbon Barrel-aged Stout from Walrus Distilling Rum and Wild Turkey Whiskey Barrels, our Morning Ritual additions of Coconut and Vanilla, and then we've added an extra addition of Coffee from Coffee Supreme. We've soaked whole beans of Supreme's South blend to bring through notes of caramel and praline, which pair perfectly with the the coconut and vanilla additions.Ā
