The Ernest Schuetz Family Reserve Chardonnay is seriously generous, packed with ripe stone fruit, white peach, nectarine and roasted pineapple, alongside layers of toasted marshmallow, vanilla and warm baking spices. Oak ageing, malolactic fermentation and lees stirring bring a lovely creamy richness to the palate.

And I have to mention Ernie himself. What an absolute top bloke! His passion for his wines is infectious, and you can genuinely see that dedication in every bottle. This Chardonnay is a perfect example, with beautifully integrated oak, generous fruit and a rich, rounded palate. Definitely one for lovers of that old-school, buttery Chardonnay style, but with enough elegance and balance to keep things interesting. A cracking Chardonnay from Mudgee and a real credit to Ernie!

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0365/0129/1139/files/8752BE1E-EC86-4120-A0AE-69E58A0792D1.png?v=1793776638
