Another year, another imp stout!
We brewed this thick, rich, delectable imperial stout in mid-2021, then aged it in whisky barrels for around 12 months. This particular set of barrels are now in their third year, so the character of the original spirit is more subtle than previous releases, and the oak is prominent. Perfect for drinking now, or cellaring.Â
